AB  - Lipophilicity and ionization constant of sixteen fentanyl analogues were investigated by reversed-phase thin-layer chromatography (RP-TLC). Fourteen compounds have nitrogen containing groups at C-3 position of thepiperidine ring and two compounds are 3-carbomethoxy derivatives of fentanyl. Among them, five are diaste-reomeric cis/trans couples and six novel trans diastereomers. In addition, the lipophilicity and ionization constantof fentanyl were also determined by the same method, as a reference. The physicochemical property, lip-ophilicity, expressed as retention indices RM0 , b, and C0, as well as PC1, was determined and correlated with insilico values. Ionization constants were determined on the basis of the relationships between analyte’s retentionexpressed as RF and mobile phase pH. Calculated structural descriptors together with the retention indices, weresubjected to the principal component analysis – PCA and hierarchical cluster analysis – HCA, in order to providebasic insights into the similarities among the studied compounds. The blood – brain barrier (BBB) permeationwas investigated in the function of experimentally obtained values of lipophilicity, polar surface area and mo-lecular weight. In general, results of the present research corroborate well with previously determined anti-nociceptive activities of the investigated compounds, pointing out that besides the cis/trans isomerism, anotherset of important parameters should be taken into account when designing new derivatives of C-3 substitutedfentanyl, especially lipophilicity, voluminosity and HBD/A character of the substituents. Accordingly, RP-TLCcan be considered as a valuable asset in the ligand-based drug design

AB  - Considering the health-benefits of berry fruits consumption and increased market demands for food authenticityas one of the most important quality assurances, phenolic profiling by high-performance thin layer chroma-tography and ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography hyphenated with mass spectrometry was combinedwith multivariate analysis for phytochemical characterization and intercultivar discrimination of cultivatedberry seeds. The phenolic profiles of 45 berry seeds from nine genuine Serbian cultivated fruit species (straw-berry, raspberry, blackberry, black currant, blueberry, gooseberry, cape gooseberry, chokeberry, and goji berry)revealed a good differentiation according to botanical origin. In order to determine biomarkers responsible forthe classification, a total of 103 phenolic compounds were identified, including 53 phenolic acids and theirderivatives, 26 flavonoids and 24 glycosides. Biomarkers derived from the phenolic profile of berry seeds provedto be a powerful tool in the authentication of botanical origin, and may be useful in detection of frauds in berry-based seed-containing product.

AB  - Gamma irradiation provides an alternative pathway to conventional gold nanoparticle synthesis because it is simple, fast, and economical. Here, we employed gamma irradiation at low doses (1–20 kGy) to obtain gold nanoparticles (Au NPs) anchored onto graphene oxide (GO) sheets. GO was selected as a suitable platform for the nucleation and growth of Au NPs because of its large surface area and good dispersibility in water due to the presence of polar oxygen-containing functional groups in its structure. Gamma irradiation at all the applied doses led to the reduction of chloroauric acid and the formation of evenly distributed Au NPs at the GO surface, simultaneously causing the reduction of GO and partial restoration of the graphene structure. As-prepared Au NPs have predominately spheric shapes and the smallest nanoparticles were reported for the dose of 1 kGy. The increase in the irradiation dose caused either the growth of larger particles (5 and 10 kGy) or the broad distribution of particles’ sizes (20 kGy). All samples showed a temperature increase upon exposure to 800 nm laser and photothermal efficiency was the highest for the sample prepared at 20 kGy.

AB  - Bioactive compounds extracted from plants such as antimicrobials have attracted the attention of consumers and the food industry. This study aimed to determine the antimicrobial activity and chemical composition of Annona muricata leaf oleoresin obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction. The oleoresin was obtained by supercritical CO2 extraction and the chemical identification by gas chromatography coupled to mass spectrometry. Antimicrobial activity was evaluated by broth microdilution method against 14 foodborne fungi and bacteria. The oleoresin major chemical class was phytosterols (22.7%) and the major compounds were γ-sitosterol (15.7%), α-tocopherol (13.7%), phytol (13.1%), and hexadecanoic acid (11.5%). Minimum inhibitory concentration against bacteria ranged from 0.0025 to 0.010 mg mL−1. The oleoresin had high bactericidal activity against all bacteria, mainly Enterobacter cloacae and Pseudomonas aeruginosa with 0.005 mg mL−1 minimum bactericidal concentration. However, it had low fungicidal activity. The leaf oleoresin of A. muricata has promising applications in food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries.

AB  - Gallic acid (GA) is one of the most important and present natural phenolic compounds due to its well-known biological properties, and its detection and monitoring is of great importance. Silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) are one of the most studied metallic nanomaterials used in various fields, from biomedical applications to electrochemical sensing devices. In this work, we used the pulsed laser ablation technique in liquid for the one-step preparation of nanoparticles of silver from a pure silver plate base in N,N-dimethylformamide. Obtained nanomaterial was characterized using morphological and electrochemical methods and used for modification of screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCE). Successful immobilization at the surface is confirmed using the surface profiling method. A newly obtained sensor was used for the detection of GA. After parameters optimization, a differential pulse voltammetric protocol was developed, using two approaches - concentration vs. current (GA determination) and peak area vs. current (estimation of the antioxidant capacity). For the first approach sensor linearity was found to be in the range from 0.50 µM to 10 µM, with the limit of detection (LOD) of 0.16 µM and limit of quantification (LOQ) of 0.50 µM. In the second system operating linear range was the same, while LOD and LOQ were 0.11 µM and 0.34 µM, respectively. Practical application of the method was tested using two approaches: direct measurement of gallic acid in biological fluids and estimation of the antioxidant capacity and food quality purpose.

AB  - The computational design of explosives is becoming very popular since it represents a safe and environmentally friendly way of predicting the properties of these molecules. It is known that positive values of electrostatic potential in the central areas of the molecular surface are a good indicator of the sensitivity of high-energy materials towards detonation. The molecular electrostatic potential is routinely calculated for molecules of explosives using both geometries extracted from crystal structures, and computationally optimized geometries. Here we calculated and compared values of positive electrostatic potential in the centers of five classical high-energy molecules for geometries extracted from different crystal structures and theoretically optimized geometries. Density functional theory calculations performed at M06/cc-PVDZ level showed that there are significant differences in the values of electrostatic potentials in critical points obtained for different geometries of the same high-energy molecules. The study also showed that there was an excellent agreement in the values of electrostatic potentials calculated for optimized geometry of 1,3,5-trinitrobenzene and geometry of this molecule obtained by neutron diffraction experiments. The results of this study could help researchers in the area of the computational development of high-energy molecules to better design their studies and to avoid the production of erroneous results.

AB  - Spray pyrolysis was used to deposit CeO2–TiO2 coatings on stainless steel substrates. The addition of CeO2 to TiO2 changes morphology of the coatings, causing the surface to become laced and some CeO2 ions are incorporated into TiO2 crystal lattice. Part of CeO2 is highly dispersed on the surface of TiO2. The XPS showed the simultaneous existence of Ce4+ and Ce3+ on coating surface. As the CeO2 content in composites increases from 0.5 to 20%, the band gap decreases from 3.16 to 2.88 eV, respectively. The photoactivities in the degradation of methyl orange and lindane were significantly influenced by the content of Ce in composite. For methyl orange photodegradation, the highest activity had coating with CeO2 content of 2 wt%. In contrast, the activity of coatings in lindane photodegradation gradually decreases as the CeO2 content increases. However, efficiency of CeO2–TiO2 coatings remained satisfactory for application in process of lindane degradation. Lindane conversion at 6 h of irradiation is in the range from 88% for pure TiO2 to 60% for CeO2–TiO2 coating with CeO2 content of 20 wt%. Photodegradation of lindane was enhanced on pure TiO2 sites, while methyl orange degradation is highest on composite CeO2/TiO2 species with CeO2 content of 2 wt%.

Comparison of Enzyme-Linked Lectin Sorbent Assay and Flow Cytometry for Profling Microbial Glycans

AB  - The surface of microorganisms is covered with carbohydrates, which makes them unique, self-sustaining glycan probes. Lectins are able to bind to these probes, and this interaction can be exploited for selecting microorganisms or novel lectins. To examine lectin-microorganism interactions, we have previously developed an enzyme-linked lectin sorbent assay (ELLSA) with whole bacterial cells. To further test the validity of this methodology, here we compare it with flow cytometry. For this purpose, we used biotinylated recombinantly produced lectin from Musa acuminata (BanLec), this lectin’s recombinantly produced chimera with green fluorescent protein (BanLec-eGFP) and a lectin from Ricinus communis (RCA120), both biotinylated and FITC labeled. Parallel testing showed equivalent results for the two methods, in terms of the presence or absence of binding, with signal intensity yielding high Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.8 for BanLec and 0.95 for RCA120. The ELLSA method demonstrated multiple advantages, such as reliability and convenience for high-throughput analysis; it also required less lectin and yielded more consistent results. As such, ELLSA proved to be a useful tool for profiling microbial glycan structures or testing novel lectins.

AB  - By employing density functional theory (DFT) calculations we show that mono- and disilicon substitution in polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, having two to four benzene units, quenches their triplet state antiaromaticity by creating Hückel aromatic (poly)benzenoid subunit(s) and weakly antiaromatic, or almost nonaromatic silacycle. Therefore, such systems are predicted to be globally aromatic in both the ground state and the first excited triplet state. Putting the silicon atom(s) into various positions of a hydrocarbon provides an opportunity to tune the singlet-triplet energy gaps. They depend on the global aromaticity degree which, in turn, depends on the type of aromatic carbocyclic subunit(s) and the extent of their aromaticity. On the basis of the set of studied compounds, some preliminary rules on how to regulate the extent of global, semiglobal and local aromaticity are proposed. The results of this work extend the importance of Hückel aromaticity concept to excited triplet states which are usually characterized by the Baird type of (anti)aromaticity.

Determination of metals in artistic pigments using the optimized GFAAS method and Raman spectroscopy

AB  - Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy (GFAAS) was applied to identification of historical pigments. The method is adapted to determine different metals, usually found in pigments. Operating conditions were optimized, such as sample drying step, pyrolysis and atomization temperatures, modifiers, and volume of sample introduced into the atomizer, to reduce interferences due to a complex sample matrix. Using the optimized method pigments in samples from the painting Coronation of the Virgin from the Church of the Shroud of the Holy Virgin in Barič were identified. The samples were analyzed also by Raman microscopy to verify the identification achieved by GFAAS. Raman microscopy confirmed the assumptionsmade based on GFAAS results. Using the two techniques a variety of pigments have been identified, such as calcite, leadwhite, goethite, hematite, ultramarine, vermilion, minium, carbon black. Based on GFAAS results the presence of azuritewas observed in the blue paint sample, although this finding was not confirmed by Raman microscopy.

In six Pinus taxa (P. mugo, P. nigra ssp. dalmatica, P. sylvestris, P. pinea, P. strobus and P. wallichiana) carbon preference index and average chain length values were examined for the first time. In the plane of Axis 1 (PCA), P. strobus, P. mugo and P. wallichiana were strongly separated from P. heldreichii and P. pinea. In the plane of Axis 2, P. peuce, P. strobus and P. wallichiana as well as P. heldreichii and P. pinea diverged from other examined species. In DA, P. heldreichii, P. strobus, P. peuce and P. wallichiana diversed. CA divided sections Pinus and Pinaster from the section Strobi.

AB  - Three centipede species (Clinopodes flavidus, Cryptops anomalans and Eupolybothrus transsylvanicus) were usedas bioindicators of trace metal and metalloid pollution in Belgrade, Serbia. The concentrations of 13 elements (the metalsMn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Rb, Sr, Cd, Tl, Pb and U and metalloids As, Se) in whole animals and soil were measured by inductivelycoupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Differences in the concentrations of some elements in the analyzed specieswere observed, both in response to the sites and between species. In most cases, the trace element concentrations werehigher in centipedes from a polluted site (an industrial area near a busy street with heavy traffic) but C. anomalans and E.transsylvanicus had higher Mn concentrations at an unpolluted site (a deciduous woodland on Mt. Avala). C. flavidus wasa good bioindicator for detecting differences between Zn, Se and Cd. C. flavidus and C. anomalans were more efficient inaccumulating Zn than E. transsylvanicus. It appears that C. anomalans poorly accumulated Cd, unlike C. flavidus and E.transsylvanicus, which accumulated Cd according to the high bioaccumulation factor (BAF) values. We conclude that thecentipedes C. flavidus, C. anomalans and E. transsylvanicus can be used as suitable bioindicators of trace element exposure.Their ability to accumulate trace elements was different and depends on their physiology and lifestyle as well as the routeof exposure.

AB  - Three centipede species (Clinopodes flavidus, Cryptops anomalans and Eupolybothrus transsylvanicus) were used
as bioindicators of trace metal and metalloid pollution in Belgrade, Serbia. The concentrations of 13 elements (the metals
Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Rb, Sr, Cd, Tl, Pb and U and metalloids As, Se) in whole animals and soil were measured by inductively
coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Differences in the concentrations of some elements in the analyzed species
were observed, both in response to the sites and between species. In most cases, the trace element concentrations were
higher in centipedes from a polluted site (an industrial area near a busy street with heavy traffic) but C. anomalans and E.
transsylvanicus had higher Mn concentrations at an unpolluted site (a deciduous woodland on Mt. Avala). C. flavidus was
a good bioindicator for detecting differences between Zn, Se and Cd. C. flavidus and C. anomalans were more efficient in
accumulating Zn than E. transsylvanicus. It appears that C. anomalans poorly accumulated Cd, unlike C. flavidus and E.
transsylvanicus, which accumulated Cd according to the high bioaccumulation factor (BAF) values. We conclude that the
centipedes C. flavidus, C. anomalans and E. transsylvanicus can be used as suitable bioindicators of trace element exposure.
Their ability to accumulate trace elements was different and depends on their physiology and lifestyle as well as the route
of exposure.

AB  - Moss transplants of Hypnum cupressiforme and Sphagnum girgensohnii were tested for efciency in detection of airborne
element pollution at a suburban background site during short time exposure of 15 days (twelve consecutive periods) and
during prolonged exposure from one to six months. Concomitantly, particulate matter (PM10, PM2.5) was sampled during
three identifed Saharan dust episodes, while MERRA-2 data were used for estimation of dust concentration at ground level to
which the moss bags were exposed during 15-day periods. The concentrations of 22 potentially toxic elements were measured
in the moss and PM10 samples. The results showed that 15-day bag exposure at the background location could not provide
a measurable and reliable signature of the elements in the moss transplants, except for Al, V, As, Ga, Y, and Tb, unlike the
extended moss bag exposure of a couple of months. These were also the only elements whose concentrations were increased
multifold in PM10 samples during the most intense dust episode, which was also recorded by S. girgensohnii bags exposed
in the corresponding 15-day period. The ratio of crustal elements (Ca/Al, Mg/Al) in PM10 and moss samples (3-month
exposed) was in line of those reported for dust transported from western Africa. The V/Al, Ga/Al, and Tb/Al concentration
ratio values in PM10 and S. girgensohnii samples were higher for dust days contrary to the As/Al ratio, which could be used
to distinguish between dust and fossil fuel combustion pollution sources. The moss bag technique could be used as a simple
tool for tracking long-range transported elements, but after prolonged moss bag exposure (3 months).

AB  - The status of essential and toxic trace elements in patients with different stages of chronic kidney disease (CKD) is still
unclear and not well characterized. The present study examined the circulatory levels of a wide panel of trace elements (Al,
Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, As, Se, Rb, Sr, Cd, Pb, and U) in hemodialysis patients (HD group) and pre-dialysis patients with
stage 3 CKD (PD group). Comparisons were made between groups of patients and healthy individuals from the control group
(CG). The levels of Al, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, As, Se, Sr, and Pb were higher, while the levels of Cr, Zn, Rb, Cd, and U were lower
in HD patients than in our CG. Higher levels of Al and Se, as well as lower levels of As, Sr, Zn, Rb, and U were significant
and distinguished HD from PD. Among other analyzed elements, Co, Se, and U are the only trace elements that did not
distinguish PD from CG at a statistically significant level. The HD group had lower serum U levels than the PD group, and
this could be a result of hemodialysis. This study also revealed that the Cu/Zn ratio could be used as a marker for early and
late detection of renal failure. Marked changes of essential and toxic trace element levels in sera indicate additional pathophysiological
events in CKD, which could additionally contribute to the preexisting increased morbidity of HD patients.
Measurement of trace elements in HD patients should be performed routinely.

AB  - Nickel acetate tetrahydrate (NAT) sample series were used to modify screen-printed carbon electrodes (SPCE). The samples were hybrid Ni/NiO nanocomposites, where the NiO phase increased with an applied treatment temperature. Results of electrochemical measurements pointed that the Ni/NiO550/SPCE-modified electrode had the best analytical performance toward the detection of riboflavin (RF). The Ni/NiO550/SPCE-based sensor showed linear response with RF in the concentration range of 0.5–75 μM and 0.15 μM LOD in BRBS. Sensor offered fast response time, good repeatability, and selectivity with an RSD of 1.4 %. Our results show that the Ni:NiO nanocomposite ratio strongly influenced the electroanalytical performance of SPCE.

AB  - Adrenergic receptors are among the most studied G protein-coupled receptors. Activation or blockade of these receptors is a major therapeutic approach for the treatment of numerous disorders such as cardiac hypertrophy, congestive heart failure, hypertension, angina pectoris, cardiac arrhythmias, depression, benign prostate hyperplasia, anaphylaxis, asthma, and hyperthyroidism. Among all nine cloned adrenoceptor subtypes and the subsequent development of animal models, a significant target for various neurological conditions treatment is alpha1-adrenergic receptors. 2-{[4-(2-Methoxyphenyl)piperazin-1-yl]alkyl}-1H-benzo[d]imidazoles, their 5 substituted derivatives, and structurally similar, arylpiperazine based alpha1-adrenergic receptors antagonists (trazodone, naftopidil, and urapidil) have been subjects of comparative analysis. Most of the novel compounds showed alpha1-adrenergic affinity in the range from 22 nM to 250 nM. The in silico docking and molecular dynamics simulations, binding data together with absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) calculations identified the promising lead compounds. The results brought out the conclusions which allowed us to propose a rationale for the activity of these molecules and to highlight six compounds (2-5, 8, and 12) that exhibited an acceptable pharmacokinetic profile to the advanced investigation as the potential alpha1-adrenergic receptor antagonists.

Among all nine cloned adrenoceptor subtypes and the subsequent development of animal models, a significant target for various neurological conditions treatment is alpha1-adrenergic receptors. 2-{[4-(2-Methoxyphenyl)piperazin-1-yl]alkyl}-1H-benzo[d]imidazoles, their 5 substituted derivatives, and structurally similar, arylpiperazine based alpha1-adrenergic receptors antagonists (trazodone, naftopidil, and urapidil) have been subjects of comparative analysis. Most of the novel compounds showed alpha1-adrenergic affinity in the range from 22 nM to 250 nM. The in silico docking and molecular dynamics simulations, binding data together with absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion (ADME) calculations identified the promising lead compounds. In this paper we report six zinc complexes (1–3-NO3 and 1–3-Cl) with pyridyl-based thiazolyl–hydrazone ligands, which differ in the nature of substituents at the ligands' periphery, anion type, and geometry around the metal ion. The complexes were characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction analysis, as well as IR and NMR spectroscopy. The symmetrical complexes 2-Cl and 3-Cl, where zinc atoms are located at a two-fold axis, do not exhibit photophysical properties, unlike their asymmetrical analogs 2-NO3 and 3-NO3 with the same complex cation. Asymmetrical pentacoordinated 1-Cl and hexacoordinated 1-NO3 complexes exhibit photophysical properties. An admixture of allowed intra-ligand (1IL) and chloro (X)-to-ligand charge-transfer (1XLCT) electronic transitions is responsible for the fluorescence of the 1-Cl complex. The origin of the emission of the 1-NO3 complex is ascribed to an admixture of 3IL and ligand-to-ligand charge-transfer (3LLCT) forbidden electronic transitions, while for 3-NO3 most electronic excitations are of LLCT character. The thermal stability of the complexes is in accord with the strength of respective intermolecular interactions. The antiproliferative activity of the complexes was in the nanomolar range on some of the investigated cancer cell lines. Contrary to the increase of antiproliferative activity of the complexes in comparison to the free ligands in cancer cell lines, an acute toxicity determined in the brine shrimp assay follows the opposite trend. The overall results suggest that Zn(II) thiazoyl–hydrazone complexes have considerable potential as multifunctional materials.

AB  - The accumulation of microplastics in marine organisms is an emerging concern. Due to trophic transfer, the
safety of seafood is under investigation in view of the potential negative effects of microplastics on human health.
In this study, market samples of Manila clams (Ruditapes philippinarum) from South Korea were segregated into
two groups of considerably different size (p < 0.05), namely small clams with shell length of 40.69 ± 3.97 mm,
and large clams of shell length 51.19 ± 2.86 mm. Comparative profiling of the number, size, shape, and polymer
type of microplastics were performed using μFTIR imaging and Nile red staining. Overall, μFTIR detected only
1559 microplastics while 1996 microplastics were counted based on staining from 61 Manila clams (30 small and
31 large), leading to an overestimation of 18 to 75 %. Comparable microplastics concentration, based on μFTIR,
were observed at 2.70 ± 1.66 MP/g or 15.64 ± 9.25 MP/individual for the small samples, and 3.65 ± 1.59 MP/g
or 41.63 ± 16.90 MP/individual for the large ones (p > 0.05). Particle diameters of 20–100 μm was the most
dominant, accounting for 44.6 % and 46.5 % of all microplastics from the small and large groups, respectively.
Particles, with a circularity (resemblance to a circle) value between 0.6 and 1.0, were the most prevalent, fol-
lowed by fragments and fibers. At least 50 % of microplastics from the small and large samples were polystyrene,
making it the most abundant polymer type. Despite the substantial difference in the size of the animals, only a
weak to moderate correlation was observed between microplastics content and the physical attributes of the
clams such as shell length and weight, (soft) tissue weight, and total weight (Spearman's coefficient < 0.5). The
estimated intake of microplastics by the Korean population was 1232 MP/person/year via small clams, 1663 MP/
person/year via large clams, and 1489 MP/person/year via clams independent of size.

We developed an impedimetric approach for single drop S-Adenosyl-L-Homocysteine detection, based on S-Adenosyl-L-Homocysteine hydrolase (SAH), produced in the prokaryotic expression system (E. coli) by recombinant DNA technology, immobilized on citrate acid-coated gallium oxyhydroxide dispersed over single-walled carbon nanotubes (CA/GaO(OH)@SWCNT). The proposed biosensor offers detection of AdoHcy, with a limit of detection (LOD) of 0.17 μM. with operating linear range from 1 to 44 μM. The remarkable stability of gallium oxyhydroxide crystal was further improved by citric acid coating and its optical, electrical and physical anisotropy was skipped using SWCNTs.

AB  - An electrochemical approach is presented based on multiwall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) and neodymium(III) hydroxide (Nd(OH)3) nanoflakes for detection of bovine serum albumin (BSA). The materials were characterized morphologically (XRPD, SEM, and HR-TEM) and electrochemically (DPV, EIS). The MWCNTs@Nd(OH)3 composite was used as support for bovine serum albumin polyclonal antibody (anti-BSA). After the antibody immobilization on the electrochemical platform and antigen/antibody binding time (optimum 60 min), the proposed approach shows a linear voltammetric response toward BSA concentration in the range 0.066 to 6.010 ng mL−1 at maximum peak potential of 0.13 V (vs. Ag/AgCl). Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) were 18 pg mL−1 and 61 pg mL−1, respectively. The precision of the method calculated as relative standard deviation (RSD) of five independent measurements was better 3%. The selectivity of the optimized method regarding structurally similar proteins (human serum albumin and human hemoglobin), ions (Na+, K+, Ca2+, and NO2−), or compounds (glucose, ascorbic acid, dopamine, uric acid, paracetamol, and glycine) was found to be satisfactory, with the current changes of less than 5% in the presence of up to 1 × 105 times higher concentrations (depending on the compound) of the listed potential interfering compounds. Practical applicability of immunosensor for BSA determination in cow whey sample, with recovery values in the range 97 to 103%, shows that the developed method has high potential for precise and accurate detection of BSA, as well as exceptional miniaturization possibilities for on-site and equipment-free sensing.
